The Founder

Ritesh R. Nandwani

Ritesh is an entrepreneurial investment executive with 20+ years of experience building, backing, and advising high-growth ventures across Asia, Africa, and Europe. He has operated at the intersection of venture capital, emerging markets, and frontier technology throughout his career.

As Managing Director of Goodwill Far East Co. — the VC arm he architected and spun out from The Topaz Group — and as Co-Founder of Ushuaia Ventures, Ritesh has built a cumulative portfolio of 100+ companies across multiple investment vehicles, including unicorn-stage companies in logistics technology and compliance tech, and a globally recognised big data analytics platform.

He also founded Mads Events Inc., a sports media and AI analytics company building computer vision infrastructure for leagues and broadcasters across Southeast Asia, and is co-developing a fractional real estate investment platform targeting the region.
